Can I register multiple accounts for different emails?
You can, if you have, for example, several businesses/tasks/problems that can be solved with EqMan
SOLUTION
How much extra time will my employees spend on eqman?
Relatively small. Proper use of EqMan can save time by replacing paper or Excel reporting.
What phones and internet do you need for your app to work well?
The minimum possible Android version is 9.0, and 11 for iOS. The application works well with Wi-fi and 3g/4g. Using 2g allows you to work, but operations can be performed with certain delays. It is better to use newer/latest versions of phones on which applications will work optimally.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can pay for a subscription in 2 ways:
1. Using a card
2. By account. To issue an invoice and pay by bank transfer, send your details to support@eqman.kz indicating the selected tariff. We will send you an invoice for payment and after payment, we will include the selected tariff for you.
Both options are available after registration. Subscription is available for a month and a year (10% discount)
What is meant by inventory management?
This means that using EqMan for accounting of goods and materials, you will know up-to-date information about the availability of goods and materials in the warehouse, at what facilities they are located and who is responsible for them. As well as the entire life cycle of each inventory.
What statistics can I see for each inventory?
For each inventory item (commodity-material value), you can see the operations of receiving / transferring this inventory between employees, comments, movement between objects, marking procedures, sending to the service, write-offs.
Can I use only your stickers or print and label my own?
You can use any marking means, QR codes can be downloaded from the Web application and printed.
But using the markings provided by us, you get a number of advantages:
1. You do not need to waste time on administration of printing issues and control of this process.
2. Branded stickers / seals, designed specifically for your needs, resistant to wear and weather conditions.
3. The cost of marking products will be 5-10% lower if you made / ordered them yourself, but this is a payment for the absence of a headache, due to the time spent on their production.

How will my personal data be protected?
All data is stored in encrypted form in accordance with GDPR requirements on servers protected by the necessary software.

Can your stickers or seals be faked?
Yes, you can. There are more secure options and less, but in any case, using the methodology of marking with individual identifiers, you significantly reduce the risk of fraud.
USER RIGHTS
After registration, will I be able to appoint “chief” for this project and give full rights to one of my employees?
You can register a person in charge under the “Administrator” role. Then he will be able to fully manage all processes
ADDING ITEMS TO THE BASE
How do I add merchandise?
There are 2 options to add goods and materials to the database:
1. Manually by clicking the “Create goods and materials” button.
2. Upload in XLSX format (Excel).

MARKING
What do I need to label my goods and materials?
1. Upload your goods and materials to the Web application.
2. Stick a sticker/seal on goods and materials.
3. In the mobile application, go to the marking item, there will be a list of those goods and materials that you have downloaded.
4. Select the desired goods and materials, point the camera at the code
What if the marking is damaged during operation?
If the sticker is damaged – there is an option “Remarking”. To do this, do the following:
1. Apply a new sticker.
2. Go to the item Marking -> Remarking”.
3. Select from the list the goods and materials that you want to relabel.
4. Scan a new code.
SENDING TO SERVICE
What is Send to Service?
For example, you have a tool/computer/equipment that is broken and needs to be repaired. In the system, you can track where, who and what was sent to the service.
WRITE-OFF
When should inventory be written off?
Write-off to EqMan must be carried out when the inventory is completely out of order and cannot be repaired. Or this is a “low estimate”, which is subject to write-off at the time of issue to the employee, for example, detergent, food, and so on.
TRANSFER MOL
How can I transfer goods and materials to another employee?
For this you need:
1. In the application, go to the menu item Reception / Issue and select Issue”.
2. Select the employee to whom you want to transfer the goods and materials.
3. You can scan the transmitted goods and materials, several at once.
4. At the same time, an application for issuance will be created, the employee will need to go to the “Acceptance/Issuance” item, select Reception”.
Next, select an application and scan those goods and materials that are transferred to him, thereby confirming that he really accepted them.
Or in the Web application, select the necessary goods and materials, select the “Move” option, select “Responsible” and the goods and materials will automatically be moved to it.

Does the receiving party have to acknowledge receipt?
Yes, this will eliminate fraud and problems in the future. But for companies that are very confident in their employees or have effective control systems, we have created the option to change the person in charge without confirmation, this saves time.

INVENTORY
What is the principle of inventory and what do I get as a result?
The inventory is carried out by responsible employees. To do this, the employee in the application needs to go to the “Inventory” item and start scanning the goods and materials for which he is responsible. At the end, you need to click the “Finish” button.
The result of the inventory is the Inventory List, which can be viewed and downloaded in the Web application. When switching to the statement, a list of goods and materials will appear with the statuses: Shortage, Compliance and Surplus. A shortage means that there is inventory in EqMan, in fact it is not / was not scanned, the correspondence – there is an inventory and in fact it is / was scanned, a surplus – inventory is available, it was scanned but another employee responsible for it.
ROLES
What are the roles and what is the difference
There are 3 roles:
Administrator (business owner) and other administrators
Storekeeper / Office manager / Chief financially responsible person in the company
Employee.
The administrator has full functionality in the Administration panel and in the mobile application. Namely:
Admin panel – creating a company, creating users, goods and materials, access to inventory reports, access to full information about goods and materials and their movement
Mobile application: Identification, Marking, Inventory, Accept/Issue goods and materials, Send/return from service, Write-off, My report.
The storekeeper has access to the mobile application to the full functionality:
Identification, Marking, Inventory, Accept / issue goods and materials, Send / return from the service, Write-off, My report
The Employee/Worker has access to the limited functionality of the mobile application, namely:
Mobile application: Identification, Marking, Inventory, Accept/Issue goods and materials, My report.
Accounting
How long does it take to implement and how to make sure that employees use the application?
Implementation takes from 1 day, depending on the size of the company, and the number of assets. For implementation, you need to order markings (this can be done in the Web application or printed out there), train employees to use the program (this option is free, we will train all your employees and support them in the process of using), mark your goods and materials, and most importantly, control, so that your employees use EqMan. Typically, a company issues a decree that specifies the requirements for accounting for goods and materials using EqMan.
The key point, with successful implementation and the subsequent effect of the use, is the control of the use of EqMan by the company’s management. In this case, employees conscientiously use EqMan and the company saves money.
